1. Scope and contact
ACMMAX provides website and cloud services through this public website and Cloud Console. This notice explains personal information used for enquiries, accounts, service delivery and related support. You can ask about this notice or exercise applicable privacy rights by emailing support@acmmax.com, without creating an account.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the feature you use, information may include your contact details and enquiry, account and authentication information, domain registration details, orders and payment-provider references, service and support records, technical logs such as IP address and browser details, and the content and identifiers of AI chat sessions. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in public enquiries or AI chat.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests, create and secure accounts, provide purchased services, administer orders and billing, investigate faults and abuse, and meet applicable legal requirements. Optional referral attribution is used only when you allow it on this website. Information required to provide a requested service is distinguished from optional information in the relevant form or workflow. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to complete that request.
4. Browser storage and your choices
The public website currently has no advertising or traffic-analytics providers configured. Your privacy choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Essential storage also supports features you request, including chat identifiers after you open the assistant. Contact-form protection uses Google reCAPTCHA when a valid form is submitted. Google Privacy Policy applies to that service.
Optional referral attribution stores a partner code in the acmmax_referral_v1 cookie for up to 30 days across acmmax.com subdomains and may pass it to Console registration. It is off until you agree. Use “Privacy preferences” in the footer to choose essential storage only, customize referral attribution, or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal clears the website referral cookie and stops the website forwarding it. An attribution already submitted to an account or order is a separate service record; contact us about that record.
These public-website preferences are stored per origin and do not change all Cloud Console settings. Console has its own account and service workflows.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be disclosed to providers involved in the feature you use, including payment processors, domain registrars, infrastructure providers, AI processing providers and form-security services; to authorities where legally required; and where needed to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing. Contact us for information about the providers relevant to your service. A third-party link alone does not mean that provider is processing every visitor’s data.
6. Retention and deletion
The stated 180-day privacy-preference and 30-day referral limits apply to browser storage, not to every service record. Enquiries, chat sessions, technical logs, support material, accounts and transaction records are retained according to their purpose, the service relationship, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can clear browser storage using your browser settings and request information about, correction of, or deletion of service records by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons; backup copies may be handled separately from live data.
7. Customer-hosted data and security
Account and billing administration is distinct from content that customers host in websites, servers, mailboxes or storage. Customers are responsible for their authority to upload and use that content and for managing their users and credentials. Data-processing arrangements and the responsibilities for a particular service should be agreed as part of that service. We use safeguards appropriate to the processing, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not treat the public AI assistant as a channel for confidential support evidence.
8. International processing
Providers and service resources may process information outside your country. The relevant locations, recipients and transfer requirements depend on the service selected. Transfers must be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and the relevant service arrangements; visiting this website alone is not a blanket authorization for every international transfer. Contact us if you need to understand the processing arrangements before using a service.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not automatically erase records we must retain or reverse processing already lawfully completed. We may need proportionate information to verify a request before disclosing account data. You can contact support@acmmax.com without a Console account and ask how to submit a request or raise a privacy concern.
10. Children and policy changes
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may revise this notice when our processing changes and update the date shown above. Where applicable requirements call for additional notice or consent, updating this page alone is not a substitute.
